MASSO G3 Touch v5.07: ERROR Red LED Flashing

My G3 Touch boots up and the Red ERROR LED starts flashing steady @ ~1s intervals.

I unplugged all G3 connectors except 24VDC power, rebooted and ERROR starts flashing!

What’s up? Is there a list of ERROR Flash Codes?

By the way . . . Other issues:

  1. G3 Touch keyboard - Why would ‘P’ and a few other keys to the far right be missing or covered up?
  2. E-Stop Alarms and re-setting E-Stop(s) does not satisfy. Suggestions
  3. Using Admin password ‘HTG’ does not login!
  4. G3 TTL IO status works correctly.
  5. IMHO, G3 detailed troubleshooting info is very weak, i.e., little in manual and on Website. Suggested links?
  6. Anyone sharing G3 Touch Mill Start-up Instructions? MASSO needs to include in manual or Online.

This is my first startup on this machine.

Install machine per video and manual.
Turn on machine.
Estop in, estop out.
double tap home.
Alarms clear.

Nothing matters until you successfully home the machine.

I found the problem - my fault. Obvious but somehow I missed the correlation between the Red LED and E-Stop(s). An Engaged E-Stop will cause the Red Error LED to blink steady in ~1-2s intervals.

The consensus is Masso has No published Red Error LED blink pattern. I still wonder if other blinking patterns exist? Has anyone noticed other G3 Red Error LED blinking patterns?
