MDI Button not working

All of the buttons on this screen are working except the MDI button. Has anyone else had this issue? Any solutions?

Also, is there a way to input CTRL - M on the Masso screen? I don’t see CTRL keys.

Actually, I discovered that the entire bottom row of buttons adjacent to the MDI button do not accept touch. I connected a mouse and everything works fine. Obviously a touch issue.

I sent the Masso Touch back to OneFinity at their request. They replaced the screen in one day and returned it. Everything seems to work fine now. Thanks OneFinity!!!
