I am having problems with my touch screen after updating dip switches, machine default settings.
I followed the step by step guide on the elite series masso default machine settings page. As soon as I saved the general settings (vertical screen orientation and inches), the screen became unresponsive. I powered off the masso controller and restarted it. Now the screen doesn’t have anything showing. All cables are connected. This onefinity touch g3 was purchased in 2022 and never used. Any ideas?
