Masso Touchscreen Not Responding To Touch Input

Like a loveless marriage, my Masso is no longer responding to my touch… Everything was working fine when I lost power, but when I powered back up, the touchscreen powered on but doesn’t respond when touched. I’ve pulled out the usb stick and cycled power. I’ve opened it up and changed the internal usbs to the other internal usb ports. I’ve cycled power 8+ time and still no love from my machine…

I’ve got a ticket open with Masso but in the mean time, any ideas on how to put the spark back into my touchscreen?

I had a similar problem. Masso ended up sending me a replacment cable.
If you want to you can jiggle the cables that feed the screen when you open the door. To see if there is a loose connection.
It was not the easiest thing to repair, but it fixed the problem

There go, the original analogy still holds :grinning:

It seems to have resolved itself. I just shut it down for half a day while I was away and when I got back and turned it on it seems to have corrected itself. Maybe it knew that I had ordered the wireless keyboard/trackpad and it was about to become irrelevant…

Still haven’t gotten a response from the Masso support ticket for some reason…

Looks like it just needed some time on its own.

Back to acting out. The resolution was only temporary… I tried plugging in a wireless USB keyboard and it’s not responding to it either so I"'m assuming it’s a USB input issue.
