Mini Table Saw Sled

It’s not artistic, but Very functional and very accurate. I used my CNC to make a mini sled for my table saw. I started by cutting a 1/16" deep dado in the bottom for the guide bar making it just wide enough for a snug fit. I then cut the back edge of the sled to be square with the guide bar dado. After glueing up the fence, I ripped a lip along the bottom that would bump up against the back edge of the sled. I also used the CNC to mill the dados for the T-Tracks. After assembly I ran a five cut test just to see how it turned out. Result was a difference of 0.005" over 12", which is 0.001" over 12" for a single cut, or 0.000083"/inch out of square. Needless to say I was pretty happy to make a crosscut sled that didn’t need any fence adjustments right out of the box!
