I’ve sent it 2 times to Support@onefinitycnc.com
Hi Ed,
We just got one just now.
The reply:
HI Ed,
Your issue has nothing to do with the firmware. You have either:
-
a loose motor coupler in Y
-
or a bad wire.
This faq will help you determine what the problem actually is:

This was very helpful information. I thought about checking all the wires and connections first. But after having the CNC for a long time I thought I would just take it apart as in the instructions that was sent and do all the maintenance. I had checked the cables over and over but never unplugged them from both ends and cleaned them . I found that the left Y1 cable was not making good connections in the back of the controller.
After that I cleaned all the cable end connections and the controller ports. Now my Little Woodworker runs smoothly as never before
Just noticed a small ui quirk. after deleting a gcode file, the delete button remains disabled (grayed out) until selecting another file in the main dropdown. I’d expect to be able to click delete anytime any files exist.
That is probably a holdover from before the new multi-select-filtering deletion ui feature. The old way would just delete the current file, but the new ui doesn’t seem to care what file was selected.
A nice improvement would be if the delete ui filtering defaulted to the current file, since often i’m just deleting the file I just ran because I made a mistake in the settings.
Hope this helps!
