I understand that it would defeat the purpose of the folding leg kit, but if one wanted to use the HD braces on the folding leg kit, would it fit?

No, they do not work on the folding kit.

No, they do not work on the folding kit.

Going on 12 weeks since I ordered the heavy duty upgrad kit and the QCW ATC adapter plate. Order still showing confirmed. Was told my order would be shipped out at week 10, called at week 10 and they said it would go out the next week. That would have been 2 days ago. Still no sign of shipped. Please explain.

Yeah. Just happened to me on my Gen 2 order as well. 3 weeks ago they were ahead of schedule for Batch 2 and 70% though Batch 2, which I am in. Last week I was told I’m in the queue for shipping this week. Today I was informed I’m in the queue for shipping next week. And the weekly updates on shipping orders have stopped. I’m excited about getting my product, but my business has completely stalled now and I can’t continue until I get this machine. After dropping almost $9k on my Gen 2 setup, it’s kinda cost prohibitive for me to keep paying by the hour to use another CNC with no end in sight. C’mon Onefinity! I’m still very much rooting for you!!!

I was early to batch 2.

I received mine last week.

It is broken. Onefinity locked and unlisted my post here about it.

I’m guessing it’s not just me receiving broken machines.

I get a replacement x axis this week

I would rather wait a bit longer than receive a broken unit!

Sucks it was broken. What was wrong with it? You must have had an HMI?

Yikes! I agree with the other comment. I’d rather wait than get a broken unit. But 1F did post about revamping the packaging for shipping so hopefully that resolved the issues.

I see a lot of talk about delays. I’m in batch 4 so I’m not hopeful it will be as advertised.

I’m trying to temper my judgement by accepting it’s a great design and apparently very desirable so I’m willing to wait for a superior product even if it’s late.

I’m still looking forward to receiving my order and creating product.

I made a post here with videos but onefinity censored it.

I don’t want to link it for fear they’ll censor this thread but you might be able to check my post history.

I am doing an video on it and will share with you later today

I’m surprised they would censor unless you were really nasty, which doesn’t sound like you would have been. Sorry definitely frustrating.

Hi Alex,
We closed the thread because you were working with support and they sent out a replacement warranty rail the next day. The ticket was closed, and we didn’t want multiple threads on something that was already solved.

I dont know the situation but just by what you said it makes it seem like you guys are trying to hide something. If there is an issue and it was solved then why not keep it up for reference later for others. Taking down videos or posts make it seem a little sketchy. Sorry just my two cents, dont take my post down lol

Yeah, I’m in batch 2 and that’s where I am. I’m going to enjoy the hell out of the product but when you get people excited and create expectations, it’s reasonable to expect dejection, frustration and disappointment. That said, people talking about canceling their orders and such after a few weeks of delay really weren’t about 1F anyway. I did a ton of research across so many brands for months and I was very committed to another brand even though I was regularly using a BB Onefinity. But when 1F came out with the Gen 2 with those robust features and upgrades and the Redline ecosystem, coupled with the streamlined Airweights and Rapidchange ATC, it really was a no brainer for me. I’m all in on Onefinity, but that doesn’t mean we’re not supposed to comment or share honest frustrations. I know they’re doing everything to make it right and get our product delivered safely and damage free.

Why would you unlist it? By censoring the post you are hiding details from users. Someone looking to buy would be interested in that thread.

Someone who receives a broken x axis like I did would have a lifeline and starting point.

I was debating what to share in my unboxing video. I think full transparency is the right path here. I’ll try to get my video out tonight

Do you have a YouTube channel link?

No worries. Restored! We were just trying to cut down on support tickets and more replies to a thread that was already solved. Your screaming support video was a little jarring to the team.
