Is there anyone who uses a collaboration robot with Onefinity CNC?
We carve foam of various sizes and shapes.
We produce using a dedicated machine, but due to the limitations of the dedicated machine, we could not meet the needs of consumers requiring various sizes and shapes. In addition, in the case of mass orders, it takes three months to make a dedicated machine.
The amount that needs to be produced in one day is too much for the operator to put the foam into the CNC for production and take it out.
So we are considering production using several x-50 and collaborative robots.
But I couldn’t find any data.
Can you tell me about this experience or reference?
