So if my order number wasn’t in the last update and its before the order numbers in this update (QCW 5580X). Does that mean I should see a shipping notice any day? I will assume it doesn’t mean you skipped some orders.

Great, I received my Elite last week and the QCW today. I have everything except the spindle which looks like it will be in the next delivery 543** if I’m reading the latest update correctly. Ordered in January, hopefully I’ll have it this month. :+1:

Status on the SM dust boot? I might be the only person who woke up at 6am on the 1st to pre order it.

Based on these new timelines, approximately when would Order #55889 (ELITE Series Foreman) be shipped?

You may never know, the dates posted are pretty much a fabricated pipe dream. I am 55354 supposed to have shipped the last couple of weeks in April then changed to May 11th, still nothing. They do not even reply to request for an update. They obviously have no idea when anything is going to ship or they do and are just flat out lying, so its really pointless asking. If anyone who orders one of these machine thinks they are going to receive them in 6-8 weeks as listed good luck it ain’t going to happen.

Order number 55354, I just got a shipping notice from Borderworx. Not sure if the spindle is in there, but at least it’s progressing.

My experience has been just the opposite. Got my shipping notice yesterday. Prior to that I got responses to a couple of email shipping inquiries with prompt informative responses. Sure it was a week later then expected but not a big deal with knowledge of the schedule.

I can agree with @Harpers_Papaw. When I purchased my QCW and Rotary back in early March. The website reported 1-3 weeks on the QCW. Its been over 8 weeks and still no shipping notice. If you look above, my order 55807, the QCW is supposed to have already gone out. I understand Onefinity having supply issues or shipping issues from the holiday sales they had. My problem is I feel they are being dishonest in their estimated lead times. If I had known the QCW was going to take more than 2 months to receive I probably would have just built a torsion box and only purchased the rotary axis. I love my Elite Journeyman and will continue to support Onefinity. I just want an honest lead time on when I might actually get my products so I can plan accordingly.

I’m surprised by the lack of social media influencers talking about this. I guess everybody on youtube is getting their stuff for free so they dont dare say anything.

The influencers are getting the red carpet treatment. They don’t have to wait 6 months for their orders. What frustrates me most about this whole process is that, as you said, there is no real honesty about lead times, they want all their money upfront and, until recently, transparency into where they were order-wise. They promoted the crap out of these and then couldn’t fulfill the orders. There was no forethought at all. Oh well, we all learn from our mistakes, hopefully, they learned through this process and will continue to improve.

I think to be fair. All small businesses go through growing pains. To scale up from producing a 100 products to a 1000 products per month requires relying on new sub contractors or suppliers and sometimes a company can go through many sub par suppliers or delays which is outside of their control. So when they don’t know how long you have to wait, its because they are at the mercy of their suppliers not being forth coming with shipping dates.
I have found the company’s support has been quick and helpful.
Just my two cents

who are these “influencers” I know that I paid for every single thing i ordered I got nothing for free. So I guess I must not be an influencer. Good to know. LOL Have patients it is much easier on your heart.

My fear is what happens if something breaks or goes bad, how long is it going to take to get replacement parts. Getting close to 5 months waiting for my spindle, that will leave me with 7 months of carvco to use. I waited till my new laptop arrived to download the software so I could start learning the program. It’s been so long now I have probably forgot what navigation I learned.

This is the price of blind loyalty. It’s a carbon copy of the customer retention model that Apple and Harley use. Turn your product into a culture, a status ornament, recruit celebrities or other “influencers” and you’ll have the fanboys waiting forever, or paying through the nose to have the latest accessories because everything has to match right? This forum is packed with claims of miraculous customer service, which in most cases is just basic product support that anyone would expect from any company. A lot of you guys have fluffed up 1finity’s ego to the extent that they have reasonable confidence that you will gladly accept the unacceptable as long as there’s a sticker on it that show’s you’re part of the tribe.
