Onefinity Support Thanks

I would like to express my thanks to the Onefinity support team. My request for assistance prompted a response from the support team within minutes. A few emails back and forth and a short recorded video revealed the solution to the issue I was experiencing. It was a solution we both arrived at, at the same time. User error.
While completing the Elite upgrade I had inadvertently installed the x-axis connector upside down. Consequently the x-axis motor was not receiving power. This may have been reported here already, but the connectors at the end of each motor cable bundle can only be installed in one orientation for the connecting cables to supply power. Make sure the small tab that clicks into the cables running to the Masso controller are UP, not down.
So, a tip of the hat and a pat on the back to the prompt, professional and patient Onefinity support team. Now I can get back to making sawdust with my new an improved Elite machine. No more Makita router either :slight_smile:
