No time yet but plan to - watched a few video reviews thus far is all. Currently I am fully invested in Fusion, and I would miss the seamless CAM.
If it doesn’t do CAM, than it’s not an alternative to Fusion.
I went ahead and downloaded it and so far pretty impressed. I mainly use it to model for 3D Printing, geometric stuff, clamps brackets and so on. I expect it will have CAM sooner than later, time will tell. Much fatter learning curve than Fusion for me anyway.

No I am not, we were early adopters with Fusion al long time ago, and my shop does still use it for all the parts modeling but not for CAM, we use Sufrcam for that. I retired bout 6 years ago and used fusion at home for a while, just looking for something free that is easy to use for as I mentioned 3D printing fixtures , clamps and so on.
