I am about to order a Onefinity Elite Foreman. I live in British Columbia, Canada. Is there a way to pay for my order in Canadian dollars?
I am trying to avoid the 2.5% exchange surcharge that Paypal and/or MasterCard charge. I seems a shame to pay the exchange surcharge twice (Once by me when I purchase and then again by Onefinity gets my money from their payment processor).

I received an email response from 1F with instruction on how to order a machine off line and pay with a certified check in Canadian dollars mailed to their office. Nothing is going to happen until Jan. 2 when my bank opens after New Years Day. I will post an update as this progresses.
I couriered the certified check on Jan 4 and received order confirmation on Jan 9. I am impatiently waiting for shipping notification.
I tried to pay for mine in $cdn and was not permitted to do so.
