I continually get an error message {Pocket Position Z Position} Must be at least 1.083in below Z clearance 0.000in.
ATC is mounted on Journeyman QCW front. I ran the “Find Z Position” file and documented the Z as 6.1560. See graphic.
What am I doing wrong?
I don’t have a tool changer but Z-0 is at the top of stroke so I would think that below 0 would be negative Z so I would try -6.156
before running z zero be sure that the spindle is all the way up and set to zero. that will cure it. I had the same problem.
