Rapid Y Movement Stalling

This was addressed in the 1.0.6 beta firmware. Make sure to do the part after applying the firmware that requires resetting the configuration!

I reduced my new max jerk from 15000 to 10000 and I like it much better. It tones down the jerk while maintaining a much improved speed for 3D carving.
