I would like to know what version of Realtime do I have on my gen two delivered about two weeks ago. I have not opened any boxes yet, but I want to be ready with the usb stick and the update if I need it. thanks my order number was. 59728

My order number is 59629 and it has still not shipped or at least I have not been notified. Now that we are at V1.4 are you planning to complete the batch 1 orders that did not have Redline interfaces in them?

Are we going to be getting an upgrade for elite masso gen 1 machines?

This firmware is for Redline Controllers.

Masso does it’s own firmware (5.13 at the time of this post).

When you turn on the HMI you will go to the icon with the 3 bars, then tap config. Select Network and add your wifi. Once connected, tap the 3 bars again and go to update. Tap download and it should tell you there is a newer version. Select it and let it complete the update.

i tried downloading the windows app is it a false flag for windows defender and also macafee (different computers) flagging it as a virus? it was downloaded from your site, just want to make sure

@LFwood Depending on our Windows security settings, Defender may flag the setup executable. We are working on getting it signed by Microsoft so it is no longer flagged regardless of security settings. In the meantime, if you ensure it is downloaded from our website (realtimecnc.com) it should be safe.

I just want to be able to select entire G Code folders and import/delete them :joy: Otherwise great machine!

I have a question: I have a redline HMI. It was delivered a few weeks ago. Should I download the latest software for it? I am still building my table and getting the space ready for it. So, I have not opened any boxes yet.

It takes about 3 min set up the network connection and to update once you have it set up.

Thank you for the update, now I see masso updated this 5.13 in November with this awesome new feature:

Feedrate Override up to 200%

Feedrate override can now be adjusted from 20% up to 200%.

Provides greater flexibility when testing, tuning, or adjusting jobs during operation.
