ever since the upgrade i have hangs on start up, and this happens at every shut down.

Try reflashing the OS on the SD card.

after fresh sd card, still happens - after approx 2 min (random times) it goes to the red line logo then shuts off. this is new behavior since the update.

Mine shuts down like that from time to time and Always has.

What items (usb) do you have plugged in? if they are all removed, does it behave the same? (obviously, do not remove the usb connection on the back to the RTX controller).

I have a powered usb 3 hub, controller from Onefinity ESM-9013(connected to the hub)and Logitech Brio 101 camera connected to the hub. After disconnecting everything the behavior stopped, I added the hub back and same behavior is gone. Connected the game Controller and behavior also not present. I added the camera and it hasn’t come back…but these were quick uptime Snapshots not sure if the HMI uptime being longer will affect it.

kinda strange

Mine does this (hangs after being shutdown) occasionally as well. All I have plugged into it is the wireless joypad dongle.
