Restart, It should only take 5 mins or so max. Try the usb update method.

That seems, long. I’ve never had one take that long. If you reboot and it bricks, worse case scenario you can reflash the system.

Did the flash this morning, all is back up and running as normal. I’m pretty sure the original HMI sd card passed away during the update, it wouldn’t read in any of my card readers on my pc. Thankfully I have a new stock of unused sd cards. Thanks again!
