Trouble reflashing Redline HMI OS SD Image (Sovled, user tried using update file, not full image file)

I’m having trouble reflashing the OS onto a sd drive. Followed all the steps. Tried 4 different computers, 2 readers, 4 sd cards. It always stops at 280 mbs. Followed the instructions yo turn off anti virus still didn’t work. Don’t want to keep.paying for a pre-installed sd card. Any help would be appreciated

What size is the file on your computer?
Are you unzipping before flashing it?

It’s 734 mbs and when I download it. It automatically unzip as a .tar.gz file

That’s the update file. You need the image file.

Thats the file I click on to download. You’re saying its downloading the wrong file?

Correct.
That’s the update file you’d put on a usb to update a current OS.

To reflash the SD card in the HMI with a fresh copy of the OS, you need the IMAGE file, that is 3.7GB. That is used to flash the OS. This is defined on that page and the FAQ.
