I received the Spindle Kit and HMI 15” screen, along with the RTS-2 Real-time controller. Cabled it up per instructions.
When the system boots, the ‘Power’ LED lights briefly on the RTS-2, then goes out. The HMI goes through the software boot sequence and then shows as No COM detected error. The touch screen options for Detect or Bypass controller don’t work via touch.
I downloaded the Windows HMI software, plugged the USB-A into my computer and USB-C into the RTS-2 USB port, tried again. This time, the LED stays lit on the RTS-2 but the same No COM detected error shows. In Windows I can choose Bypass and enter the main interface, but there is still no communication and stepper motors show red LED.
