Rev 1.09 still locking up after pause , stop button

So i am having this issue when the pause, stop button is invoked. I am not able to do anything . i can not load a file, the only button that is working is the stop button, and when it is operated it will show an action, but nothing happens. any help with this issue would be very much appreciated.

Ive had that happen 1 time but never knew why and ive not had it happen since
