System appears to be locked

Hi,

Do we know how to rest the system … I switched on my OF this morning everything ok homed the m/c etc… and then tried to load a ngc file just like before … and I was then met with ERROR : ‘utf-8’ codec can’t decode byte 0x80 in position 5: invalid start … When I press ok the system then moves to showing processing new file please wait etc simulating 100% … this message stays on the screen and the system appears to be locked.

I done the switch off etc and the same happens

I checked the file I was trying to load all appears ok

I am at a loss here any help would be great.
