I went out to do a cut and i noticed my rails were out of alignment a bit and one side of my y axis wasnt moving much when i homed it. It seems to move just fine with the joystick the entire length of the rail, it just wont home. I followed the rail alignment faq (made sure the set screws were tight, completely cleaned out the ball screws and the white wipers, checked the wiring and made sure the gantry was not twisted.) I’m at a bit of a loss as to whats going on now. When i take the ball screw out it seems to move freely and if i take the x axis off both servos seem to turn just fine. Anyone have anything else i can try?
And as far as I can tell it seems to be cutting just fine. This is not a new machine and has been working normally for 9 months
