I ran into another issue with my dust boot. I use the PwnCNC v9, which I love. It’s rear mount is a huge benefit with the Elite having the Masso on the front left. With a front mount dust boot, the hose always ran into the Masso when homing.
My issue is that the new drag chain & trough interfere with the hose as the v9 only goes back far enough to clear the stock setup. The solve is easy enough though. I’m printing an adapter to attach between the v9 and the hose, sort of an S shape, to give me more clearance.
I’m about to send the VFD back for upgrade to support the ATC, so I have plenty of time to print these parts an get things going without additional downtime.
