Setting z height correctly?

Followup question. If I wanted to set the Zero Height from the top of the wasteboard (aka “bottom of the workpiece”) do I do that using the Onefinity probe

In this case you use the XYZ touch plate upside down, on machine bed. Thickness of the touch plate will be subtracted automatically.
