Settings for Jiiolioa 3.6 deg 1/16" Ball Nose Bit

Anyone know what setting I should be using for this bit. when I run the preview I don’t get good results.

I want to run this to do some inlay work making both male and female components. My 60 deg Whiteside works fine.

Try these settings. This is from a similar bit that I have…not the exact same bit. You need to create a tapered ball nose bit in your tool database and input these numbers.

Thanks I’ll give this a try. Much appreciated.

Hey @RPhillips I also bought this bit in hope of testing out some inlays, but the cuts seem to be a bit inaccurate. Did you ever figure out the best tool settings? I tried the ones above but my cuts were still inaccurate. Thanks!
