Label created on 05/05/2025- UPS still has not received the package. I am finding the appeasement tactic unacceptable and misleading. Either allow us to purchase another spindle without damaging our warranty or get us the damn spindles. This is just wrong.
Here’s the shipping process.
We create labels for items we’re shipping that week. We put them on a pallet. Then a company called borderworx picks them up. They help cross the boarder and go through customs. Once through (in this climate with tariffs it’s taking a few extra days than it used to) they hand it off to ups. Once handed off, the label gets updated and you will see movement.
So even though your label might show no movement, know that it’s been picked up, going though customs, and will be given to ups on the States side soon.
Knowledge is great but not having the spindle on the machine is making my investment a great big lump of crap. It is nearly 6 months since I paid in full.
Seven days since the label was created and still no movement. I checked again this morning and UPS still does not have custody of the package. Unsatisfactory!
