Ive been checking my order status to see if there are any updates and it remains unchanged. Its nearly 3 weeks now, not that im complaining because im 99% sure the lead time was 3 - 5 weeks when i pruchased.
I got several UPS email notifications that 5 heavy boxes will be delivered tomorrow. They are legit UPS emails.
My order status still says order confirmed and awaiting shipment. Did my order ship or am i receiving someo elses machine? Lol.
We create a label while your item gets packaged. UPS thinks we’re handing to them that same day so you get an email and they give you a date of delivery shutout even having the shipment. We use a company called boarderworxs to cross the boarder and they pick up once a week. Your label might be create on say, Monday, but boarder works doesn’t get the machine until Friday. Then the label gets “refreshed” and you get a new email from us with a new date. This also won’t be right as now it goes through customs crossing the board (for however long customers wants to take). Then once it crosses it gets handed off from boarderworx to ups and you get another email with the third and “real” date of delivery.
So am i to expect my shipment tomorrow? They said the label was created on the 27th. Just need to know if im to be around tomorrow to intercept my machine. Thanks.
Doubtful. Looks like it’s in the second stage.
Monitor what the tracking shows tomorrow.
Its most definitely coming tomorrow seeing that UPS has updated the tracking and its saying that its only 20 minutes away.
My order in my account still says awaiting shipment.
That says 1 of 5, do you have the other 4 tracked as well? Might be you are getting only part now and the rest is still pending.
I do find UPS is bad for giving a delivery date based on label creation then having to update it (sometimes multiple times).
Yea. UPS is droppingbit off now.
Edit: i got my notification that it shipped this morning @ 1034am then UPS delivers it @ 1200. Fast shipping across state lines ever! Lol.
