I ordered my ELITE Series Foreman 48" x48" January 4th with all the bells and whistles.
I got the machine almost 3 weeks ago with no spindle. I keep emailing and they say it’s “BEING” sent out. 2 weeks ago they changed the shipping status to “shipping label printed but shipper doesn’t have possession of item”
For three weeks I’ve had this machine all setup and ready to go but can’t.
Is this normal procedure with Onefinity?

I’ve only dealt with them directly from the time I ordered to now. I understand things happen and logistics. It’s the saying we are sending it out, then creating a shipping label but never send it that I take issue with.

That is understandable. I had something similar happen and when I wrote them directly, they took care of it. It is always the best course of action.

Well we will see. As of right now when I track the new shipping number they gave me this is the message I get.
