I seem to have screwed up my machine a bit. Since the upgrade and stepper resolution upgrade my machine refuses to run programs that it ran before because of this soft alarm on the x axis.
If I disable soft alarms and run the machine slowly it moves to the far right and crashes, at least attempting to run the program. I tried reducing the project size from the 1200mm that I could originally cut down to 1150mm and same issue.
Does anyone know if this is a common bug, or if I need to tweak a setting in F1? I’ve read through their upgrade procedures a few times and I don’t believe I missed any steps.
Our guess without seeing anything, is that either the dip switches are not correct and/or the config files didn’t take/wrong size machine was selected.
Try following the service bulletin again meticulously.
