I have just upgraded my Pro Journeyman to Elite. Everything seems alright. I started it several times to test and check. However, just one time, I had a weird problem. The machine started to home and after homing the Z-axis it jerked the X-axis like 4 inched to the left (from about the mid point on the axis) and the motor showed the red light and the controller said that there was a homing error.
I tried homing again and the same thing happened. It pulled the X-axis to the left very quickly by about 4 inches and showed the error. At this point I turned the machine off, started it again and everything worked fine this time. I have not seen this issue any more, after about 10 starts.
Do you guys have any idea what that could be? Has anyone seen anything like this before?
