Stuck Processing new File (solved, reflash sd)

I’m using a BB controller. I have an X50 Pro an older version

I’m using Version v1.6.4. I have the Processing New File on my screen. I can’t get rid of it. It’s just stuck there. I uploaded a file late last night. I came to cut my file and I can’t do anything. Help please.

Reflash the SD Card. How to reflash the operating system on the Onefinity BB controller (Full SD card image)

Something about that file is casuing the machine to get hung.
