Where can I buy that T-Track with the cutouts every 12" to 15" inches to slide the bolts in
wherever you need a extra clamp.

I used standard T-Tracks (36" or 48") and cut them to the length I wanted on my miter saw with standard blade.

It takes just a few minutes to cut a wide spot in the tracks before you screw them in. You could even do it using an end mill on your CNC…
