If a Gen1 Foreman it should have included 4 riser blocks for the reason you are indicating. I would check the packaging carefully and if not found contact Onefinity.

I found the same problem. I solved it by getting the gen one riser blocks from onefinity, because the thin ones that ship with the machine are too skinny. Any unevenness in your table will still make those gantries scrape and a 1/4-inch reduction in z height is minimal. They should be here today. In the meantime, 1/4” flat plate aluminum will do the trick, it just isn’t as aesthetically pleasing as the nice riser blocks, but it works you will have to drill holes in the plate for the screws to pass through. I recommend you make the holes a bit bigger like 3/8 diameter, so you don’t have to line them up as accurately and make sure the plates are flush or a little negative on the inside edge of your mounting feet. the size of plate you need is 4 inch wide and 2-1/4 long. you can get one piece that is 9-inch x 4-inch on amazon for about 12 dollars. but like I said you do have to cut and drill them for use the feet from onefinity are 20 dollars, but the shipping is also about 20 dollars go it is an expense. But for me I am willing to pay it.

What i dont understand is that i watched alot videos that doesnt use riser blocks and it works, is that because its the first version of onefinity? The rails do lock smaller.

I believe in the manuals they state that it is only the Gen1 Foreman that has the riser requirement. The image appears to show a Woodworker.

X35 y rails on gen 1 journeyman and woodworker gantry blocks do are not taller than the feet, so they do not need them. Gen 1 foreman has x50 rails and they have gantry blocks taller than the feet, so they need the riser block.
Gen two has a thinner riser block for all sized machines.
