Tool change that i don't have (Mach 3 controller)

I don’t have tool change on my machine. But evertime I load a project it says make tool change before I can run.

How do I eliminate this part of project program?

Do you have a tool setter and/or atc?

Don’t have tool changer. Using mach 3 software. Machine is 46x26 bed.
