I’ve watched a few instruction videos on “stacked text” - essentially raised letters stacked on top of each other at two levels. The videos demonstrate using a large diameter bit to clear open areas followed by a small bit to refine the letter shapes of the top level text. This is followed by the same process (two bits) to clear and refine the lower level text. Wouldn’t it work to clear both layers at once and then refine both layers without four or more tool changes?
Sometimes… I find in vcarve when I did that my results varies… Had more Chip out and also some over cutting.
