I am hooking up my vfd control cable to my masso. I bought wire so all I have to do is wire the VFD and plug it in to the bottom of the masso. I have been all over the place and changing settings too. I need someone who had this issue tell me what they did.

What did you enter for the number of poles? Pat

I second the number of poles problem. I can’t remember the setting, but maybe PD142 or PD144 perhaps (check your manual). Whatever is set on yours, try changing it to the other setting, some are 2 pole and some are 4 pole.

I give up and now tried to get the VFD working to where the knob will control the speed and cannot get it back to where I can control the knob like I was before.

Hey Keith, Huanyang VFD wiring to Elite Masso G3 Touch

Open up your masso and double check your wiring for your spindle. I had a problem with my vfd being able to turn on and off via masso, but not change the speed. Turns out the masso was wired incorrectly from the factory. It’ll take just a few min to double check the wiring.
