I just upgraded my X50 Woodworker BB machine to the Elite Gen 2 Redline machine. Why are the default motor driver settings different? I’m mostly concerned with why the X axis motor stepper resolution is so much less than the Y and Z axis motors?
Because your x ball screw is different from your y ballscrew 
Different pitch = Different values.
