X-axis massive vibrations at slow speeds (solved, cleaned ball nut)

X-axis has bad harmonic vibrations at slow jog. Ok very slow and fast. But slow bad.
I just cleaned the machine, oiled everything. Upgraded firmware. Wire connections are good.

It seems like it’s coming from the z-axis housing. All the bolts I can find are tight.

Any ideas? I have video, but can’t upload because I’m a new user.

Tha machine is a X50, about 2.5 years old. Relatively light use.

Thanks!
Russ

I’m learning that this has to do with the 400 steps per revolution, creating resonance and vibration. This guy https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l9zZdXtm0kc figured out how to increase the steps to 2,000 and it fixed the problem. Did Onefinity put out instructions on how to do this? Seems odd that the machine has been awesome for 2+ years and all of a sudden developes this issue.

I found Onefinity did a bulletin for the elite series.. But i have the older X50. Is there a similar fix for X50 motors?

Here is me jogging the x-axis slowly. https://youtu.be/Kqohib-6-5Y

Problem solved!!! Clean ball nut. Thanks Onefinity!!
