X not measuring correctly

When I move the x of\ro Home ( 0) to right all the way to the right this happens:

Screen say 21,01 and the actual measurements is 32.125. I have no tool path program installed. I’m trying to etch a 32 x 32 square on my desk top to setup my spoil board. nothing id in metric

I did restore the controller to the factory setting. I have

I etched a 32 1/4” X 32 1/4” square into my table with 30 deg V-bit using the joy stick. Machine was homed first, DOC by eyeball, didn’t zero any of the axis. This also allows you an opportunity to X measure the square to see if you got the machine setup square.
