Hi everyone, a quick temporary solution while you figure out the culprit is to slow down the Max Speed of the Y motors from 10 to 5. I had the same issue and slowing down the Max speed was able to get me working the same day.
Later I followed the instructions here to lubricate my ball screws and then I was able to put my Max Speeds back to 10.
