Z axis cuts "air" only

Hi there, I use Carveco Maker to generate G-code to carve my projects. I have done hundreds of these cuts (simple catch tray), but never had this happen to me.
In software, I run simulator, and everything looks right. I save G-code to MASSO, start the run
(I set my X, Y, and Z with a prob) and CNC cuts air only. I’ve checked settings with my previous projects, and I see no difference in settings(at least that’s what I’m thinking).
I’m posting two pics with my settings, maybe one of you can catch something I’m doing wrong, or not.

Thank you for your reply.
All my tools are assign in tool banks from 1-30, nothing in tool bank 0. I don’t have a laser pointer/laser burner, and never use ‘dry run’. Is there a specific settings that I need to look in Maker or Masso?
