I have a X50 Woodworker with a recent upgrade to the 80mm spindle mount and a PWN cnc spindle kit.
I homed my machine and started to zero it over my workpiece using the probe.
The spindle dropped to about 65mm from top/home and then stopped.
I got a “Z axis soft limit” error and I’m not sure what would cause it.
I tried “manually” moving it lower with the game pad, but it stops and won’t go any lower.
I’ve not changed anything in the software settings, except reversing my x axis as I switched the direction of my X gantry so that my BB and VFD could sit on the same side of the machine.
Anyone had issues with this and maybe could offer a quick fix for it?
