Z-axis "Under" warning - no reason? (with ver 1.1.1)

Hi all,
I’m SO confused!
I’m cutting out an Ohio shape, which I’ve done numerous times before, but now I’m all of a sudden getting a weird “Under” error on my Z-axis.
I have a Onefinity Woodworker X-50 (purchased in Jan 2022).

I start the machine, home it, load the code, and set the x & y, and probe for z.
I am z-zeroing of the material surface, which is only 0.83 thick. There’s plenty of travel both up and down on Z. I’ve tried resaving the code from Vcarve Pro after recalculating the toolpaths, and I’ve tried restarted the machine. I get the same “Under” warning. I’ve used this code before so…  ???

Here are detail pics from Vcarve and my machine with the material mounted.

As an aside, I updated to 1.1.1 when it came out, and I’ve had no issues up to now so I didn’t bother down-grading to 1.0.9.

Any thoughts would be muchly appreciated!

UPDATE:
Apparently, there is an issue with saving multiple toolpaths to the same file (which I was doing).
I didn’t have issues before, so I guess I was just lucky (?!?)
Next… flash back to 1.0.9 and save each toolpaths to it’s own file.

1.0.9 will not change the stacking.
