Hey Szymon,
yes, the Masso directly supports 0-10 V / PWM control of milling motors, so you can directly wire this milling motor (the “PV” models) to the Masso CNC controller.
DC 0-10 V is the same way that the Masso, which yet does not support Modbus, controls spindles on VFDs.

by the way, another brand of milling motors with steel motor flange approved for CNC, AMB (former Kress) “DI” models, have this DC 0-10 V interface too. ER collets and fast tool changer models are available too.
EDIT: @Neosim, the link above is now the correct one. The 
vivaldi themes do not change the background color of marked text – it remains colored extra-dark-blue even if the background is dark 
Good when you (think) you mark a URL and copy it, marking is nearly invisible
