A motor homing alarm

I was using perfectly my rotary axis. And I do few projects on it. But before few days I can’t homing my machine. It’s shows me A motor alarm. I checked every wire connections and F1 setting everything seems fine. But still I have the problem I can’t figure out the problem.

Can you please let me know what else I should check or fix?

Check the rotational sensor on the chuck and make sure there’s not dust.

Remember the revolution can’t spin more than 360 degrees also so check your toolpath cutting parameters

Thank You!!! I checked and cleaned up the sensors. Where can I check the tool path cutting parameters?

Look at the software you are using. Generally it’s in the setup of the the 3d model or if its a wrapped profile then you don’t get to change the toolpath strategy (in Vcarve anyway)

Thank you! But I didn’t upload any file when I turn on the masso I can’t home the A axis.

Can you manually rotate the a axis using the masso screen? If not its a connection problem

No I can’t I will check the connection again

I checked every wire connections no clue what is happening. The A motor light is green but not spinning.

I would go through your setup again via the manual. The green light indicates there’s power and communication but something is failing. Check your settings. Especially in red below

I checked everything on F1 setup. But everything looks fine. When I tried to homing the A axis is not turning and no movement at all.

I would probably reach out to Onefinity support at this point.

It was because the motor failed. I’ve got a new motor now it’s working perfectly. Thank you!!!
