So I just got the Acer T232HL touchscreen monitor and I can’t get it to work. I plugged it in to my laptop and works perfect. I can see everything and I can use a mouse and it works but the touch functions don’t work with the 1F. It should be plug and play

I can’t speak to the Acer since mine is a different brand but, I found that the USB cable was bad on the one mine was supplied with. After replacing the cable the touch capability worked great.
