Tonight after removing a manual tool my elite forman went to do an automatic tool change which it was suppose to, but spun up to 18,000 rpm instead of the standard tool change rpm and broke pocket 2 of the rapid change and now i cannot remove the collet nut. Has this happened to anybody and if so what did you do to remove the nut? Does anybody know what would cause it to do this?
Which motion controller do you have? And what firmware version is installed?
Masso and i just updated the firmware to the latest version a couple weeks ago. I don’t know the version off the top of my head.
