What is the best type of bit to cut all the way through 1/8" or 1/4" plywood to make simple silhouette door signs or shapes? Thank you for everyones help!

Alex ( @MindOfMcClure ) provides good advice. And 1/8" or 1/4" , 2 flute, flat end mill. Down cut would be best, but upcut works.
