Did that, they are sending us a new cable also
OK I have the solution. I filed a Support Claim with Masso. support@masso.com.au
They will eventually need the following information with your support claim.
Below is some email communication I received. After trying a new usb they will want your USB version. If it is a V1.1, they will send you a version V1.3 to install.
"Thank you for your email. I can see from your serial number that you have a Onefinity machine.
Can you tell us what type of USB flash drive you are using?
MASSO recommends you use a recognized brand name flash drive. Something like SanDisk or Kingston though any name brand flash drive will do.
If you are using the Flash Drive that Onefinity provided with the machine please try a Name brand flash drive and see if that fixes the problem.
Can you also open the MASSO cabinet by removing the 4 hex bolts from the front of the cabinet and swing the door open.
You will see a version number written on the USB board.
Let me know what version number is written on the board.
Let us know if a different Flash Drive resolves the issue
If changing the flash drive does not work please let us know
Your MASSO Serial number
Your Onefinity order number
Your postal address
Your contact phone number
I have my upgraded Pro to Elite Journeyman. Working for a couple of months. Now im getting intermittent USB issues as described above.
I will try the internal USB ports once i get a chance.
Anyone else experienced USB issues since April this year? If not, then maybe it is just a crap USB stick.
