Hi. I did my original roughing file which went great.
When i went to do my second bit… it was going in way to deep…
Can someone give me suggestions where to start with my troubleshooting.
Im very new to this and very green.

Did you probe or reset your Z zero point after you changed the bit?
Yes we did. We re set the z axis back to the original height once we changed the bit.
The area where the 2nd tool path started was in a deeper spot on my project. But it seemed like it was still going to deep and wanted to remove all the material at once, instead of starting on the top side and slowly remove material from the topside down.
I think we got it. We added in an additional step that removes more materials before the finishing bit
